TOURNAMENT RULES 

The Official Rules include information regarding composition of teams, player eligibility, mandatory equipment and all other rules of play. All players should become familiar with the tournament rules before participating. The full rules can be viewed by downloading the PDF below.  Rules will be updated prior to 2024 Festival but teams are only required to have one set of jerseys (names- numbers not manditory). 

Tournament rules cover the following:

  1. The Rink: Dimensions, division of ice, goal posts and nets, player boxes, cleaning the ice.

  2. Composition of Teams, team uniforms, player eligibility

  3. Mandatory Equipment

  4. General Rules of Play: ball, game lengths, officials, penalty shots, overtime

  5. Penalties

  6. Tie Breakers
